SMP Services
INTERVENTION ON THE CUSTOMER SITE
A high-qualified and multiskilled technicians’ team is able to intervene on site in the very best times.
This reactivity is supported by:
- A high implication of all SMP workers,
- A good stock level of replacement pieces (thanks to an efficient computing tool).
- A privileged geographical localization in the center of the big communication axes (close to Lyon Saint Exupery’s international airport).
REPLACEMENT PIECES AND STANDARD EXCHANGES
Stock of pieces only dedicated to the after sales service (computerized process).
Sets and under-sets of grinding machines are proposed as standard exchanges in order to reduce the machines’ unavailability time to the minimum.
TRAINING :
- On the use of the Numaffut+ software (for the grinding machines’ range).
- On the grinding machines’ maintenance
- On the rotary tables’ maintenance
This training can be done on the customer site or in our Lyon’s plant.
The whole range of our training programs are set up together with our customers.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Contracts of software maintenance are proposed to our customers in order to let them benefit of all permanent upgrades of our Numaffut+ software.
These include assistance in the programming and updating Numaffut+ software.

As prevention, maintenance on sites are being done.
